Services and Fees

Intake and Assessment

• Our initial appointment will take roughly 53 to 60 minutes and costs $170

• This appointment is used to gather your history, diagnose symptoms, and establish treatment goals. We may take the first few sessions to determine if we are a good fit to work together.

Follow Up Appointments

• Follow up appointments are 53 minutes and cost $160. 

• Sessions may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are charged a $100 fee. No shows are charged a $100 fee.

Clinical Supervision

• One on one clinical supervision is 55 minutes and costs $160.

• I provide a free 20-30 minute consultation to determine if we are a good fit to work together.

Other Fees: 

• Letter writing or any third party documentation agreed upon by Emily is prorated at 160$/hour

Insurances Accepted and Cash Rates

• I currently accept the following insurances:  Regence, HMA, Premera, Lifewise, Cigna, and Aetna

• Cash only sessions are charged 160$ and a sliding scale is offered
